Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Development Coordinator in the museum industry, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Development Coordinator, the role involves providing administrative support to the Individual Giving team and managing various donor-related tasks.What you get to do every single day: Ensure efficient administrative support to the team and leadership Manage and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials Handle donor relations, including tracking donations and maintaining contact lists Oversee the sending of donor acknowledgement letters Update and maintain the Raiser’s Edge database Handle correspondence management Distribute meeting minutes after formatting and recording Generate necessary reports Provide additional project-based support.Requirements Other requirements for the Development Coordinator position include and are not limited to: Possession of strong communication skills, particularly in donor relations. Proven experience in managing relationships with individual donors. Proficient in calendar management, demonstrating the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars in a fast-paced environment.
