Description We are seeking a Client Intake Attorney to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The primary function of this role is to oversee the client intake process in a busy plaintiff medical malpractice environment, train intake specialists, and assess potential cases for their viability. Responsibilities: Direct the client intake process, ensuring comprehensive information collection and claim evaluation Coach and oversee intake specialists, including staff selection, performance appraisal, and career advancement Cultivate relationships with referral attorneys and legal firms Conduct client consultations, evaluate the merits of a case, and elucidate legal procedures to prospective clients Enforce enhancements to make the intake process more efficient and ensure adherence to legal norms Monitor and present reports on intake metrics, case acceptance percentages, and client contentment Manage accurate client records and respond to client inquiries effectively Process client applications with precision and efficiency. Requirements Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm. Proficiency in Document Management, including the ability to organize, store, and retrieve documents effectively. Hands-on experience in Client Intake, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Demonstrated skills in conducting Intakes, including initial consultations and case evaluations. Strong Client Relations skills, with a proven track record in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must adhere to the highest ethical standards and display meticulous attention to detail.
