Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Corporate Transactional Attorney/Lawyer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The chosen candidate will be immersed in the legal industry, focusing on corporate and transactional law. The role entails thorough document review, issue flagging, and case management.Responsibilities: Undertaking detailed review of a vast number of documents Identifying and highlighting any potential problems within the contracts Using Case Management Software for efficient handling of legal cases Utilizing skills in Corporate Law and Transactional Law to address legal matters Exercising experience in Contract Law and Corporate Litigation Managing legal documents using Adobe Acrobat and other Document Management tools Handling complaints and claim administration with professionalism Utilizing Conveyancer skills for property transactions Creating briefs and other legal documents with precision and accuracy Employing knowledge of Consumer Electronics for relevant cases. Requirements Possess expertise in Corporate Law and Transactional Law. Proficient in handling civil litigation and claim administration.
