From new trial modes to faster and integrated evidence and findings, our innovative clinical trial solutions mean we can unlock better evidence.The Cardiac Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) acts as a subject matter expert for one of our data types and set of devices, helping the Project Manager team in developing processes that lead to better customer experience with our products, and use monitoring tools to assess how our technology is used to reduce risk across our project portfolio. By being knowledgeable and proactive the TDM is able to assist project managers with the technical aspects of their projects, related to the medical devices that are used in the Cardiac Solutions team. TDMs will assist with new product readiness, and identify gaps and implement process improvements on how we deploy our devices to clinical trails that will help ensure our customers feel they are receiving a white glove service in the execution of their trial.What we offer:

Remote workingWhat you'll do:Supporting the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of assigned studies which include:

Working with clinical trial sites directly, using a variety of communication methods, to ensure a smooth startup, conduct, and closeout of Clario services at sites.

Work with internal stakeholders to understand client project requirements providing experience and guidance on how projects can be delivered efficiently using the current product suite and helps define enhancements as necessary.

Ensure Clario is addressing any study issues for assigned clients andeffectively driving resolution in a timely manner.

Configuring and troubleshooting the technical implementation of Clario data collection systems and technologies.

Acting as a point of contact and escalation for selected sites and customers requiring assistance.

Perform study specific site trainings.

Providing support for Project Management tasks to support study success.

Developing and enhancing study documentation to address customer issues.

Working on process improvements for systems.

Distributing and tracking study equipment

Creating, distributing, and analyzing reports to provide insights that will enhance the site / customer experience and data collection quality.

Appropriately setting and fulfilling customer expectations

Identify potential study risks and mitigations and escalate as appropriate.

Manage internal/external negotiations and promote collaboration to foster a positive team environment, effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet study timelines and contractual obligations.

Apply problem solving strategies to address customer issues and maintain issue tracking documentation to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution to customer escalations.

Engage in troubleshooting activities to resolve site issues as related to Clario products, solutions and/or devices.

Directly engage with sponsors and sites to ensure excellence customer service.

Responsible for tracking defects and working across internal teams to find the root cause and drive resolution.

Support the site certification program by working directly with sites and providing consulting and training services.

Ability to configure study devices for testing and reproducing issues.

Act as product and device related technical expert with experience and knowledge regarding backend environments.

Technical Subject Matter Expert involved in the implementation of new products and product enhancements.

Ensure compliance with timely training completion/documentation

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure an meet deadlines.

Present study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings as needed

Assist with training new members of the Project Management team

Perform other duties, assignments, or special projects as time and/or circumstances necessitateWhat we look for:Education:

Bachelor's degree and/or proven demonstrated Project Management skills or experience within the industry, including expertise in primary service line and/or support of studies in multiple service lines

PMP Certification preferredExperience:

3-5 years of experience in project management with an emphasis in the pharmaceutical field (or related industry experience)

Highly knowledgeable in primary service line

Highly proficient in Clario products, software and devices

Excellent Customer Service and Support skills

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process

Detail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requests

Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%EEO Statement
