Description Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week)Pay: $60-$65 per hour with benefitsWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager III for a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will oversee complex IT programs, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with leadership to ensure the delivery of strategic business results.Key Responsibilities:

Lead one or more enterprise-level IT programs involving multiple projects.

Develop program strategies, business cases, and high-level project plans.

Adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as business needs evolve.

Communicate program strategies, direction, and updates to IT and business leadership.

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Track key project milestones and assist Project Managers as needed.

Partner with senior business leaders to prioritize opportunities for leveraging IT to meet organizational goals.

Apply deep knowledge and expertise in Program and Project Management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is required.

10-15+ years of IT and business/industry experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles and 5-8 years managing projects.

Strong organizational skills and experience with program portfolio management.

Expertise in:

Budget management processes.

Developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Planning and execution of complex projects.

Stakeholder and partner relationship management.

Setting milestones and aligning project deliverables with strategic goals.

Familiarity with technologies and methodologies such as ST Microcontroller and Very-large-scale integration (VLSI).
