Job Title: Building EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of steam equipment, hot water generators, converters, and other mechanical systems.Responsibilities
Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs.
Conduct electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Handle general maintenance tasks and work order systems.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems.
Troubleshoot and repair steam equipment.
Maintain and repair hot water generators and converters.
Read and interpret blueprints to facilitate repairs.
Ensure compliance with EPA regulations.
Essential Skills
Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in electrical and plumbing systems.
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and steam equipment.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
Understanding of EPA regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with sprinkler equipment.
Knowledge of centrifugal repair.
Proficiency in pneumatic equipment repair.
