A major function of the position will be placed on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) daily activity, event management and communications, and managing the flow of information into the Ellucian Banner database, with a focus on optimizing operational effectiveness and user conversions. The Assistant Director will also work closely with the Director of Admissions Operations to ensure application processing, communications, mailings, and the Slate system are functioning efficiently.Essential Duties
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations in the AdmissionsCRM(Slate)
Identify and assist withCRMoperational and technical improvements, enhancements, and system customizations.
Manage application material processing in Slate
Implements, maintains and monitors on-line products including admission applications, event registration forms, inquiry forms, student status portals and landing pages
Support Admissions Operations functions such as the call center, Admissions mailings, etc.
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist Enrollment Management staff as needed
Manage special projects and/or serve on committees as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience using Technolutions SlateCRM
Previous experience using Ellucian'sBANNER
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience working in higher education or a related field
Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University
Preferred Qualifications
Capable of undertaking complex admissions responsibilities with minimal direction
Strong customer service orientation and experience in developing recruiting and communication strategies
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
Evening and weekend work will be necessary during peak times
