Description A small non-profit organization in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a long-term contract to hire basis. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide general administrative support to the organization, including responding to inquiries, coordinating projects and events, and managing data entry tasks.Key responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the organization Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication within the organization Support membership and donor relations through excellent customer service Respond to inquiries and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate projects and events, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget Manage data entry tasks and maintain the organization's database Generate regular reports for the organization's management team Assist with the preparation and processing of expense reports Undertake additional related tasks and projects as required Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to perform tasks and manage information effectively.Requirements 5+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Proficient in answering inbound and outbound calls Strong customer service skills required Familiarity with data entry tasks Ability to manage email correspondence effectively Proficiency in scheduling appointments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work High attention to detail and strong organization skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven problem-solving abilitiesInterested candidates, please contact Hayley Master at 215.568.4580 and reference Job #03720-0012972004.
