If so, this Administrative Assistant / Regional Office Administrator role could be an exciting opportunity to explore!The Administrative Assistant / Regional Office Administrator (ROA) will provide exceptionally detailed, full administrative support to 7 Field Vice Presidents (FVP's) and be available to help their respective teams as workload and time allows. This role will work in close alignment across the Market Access Exec Assistant / Admin teams.The successful candidate must be detail oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. A high degree of professionalism and discretion is required for this role with a varying set of responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a proven record of agility and strong teamwork focused on the team's success.Responsibilities:

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Proactively manage complex Outlook calendars, working closely with colleagues and peers to schedule F2F meetings and team meetings.

Manage Conference Registrations for FVPs.

Assist FVP's with booking travel as needed.

Process, submit, and track expense reports for FVPs.

Interact with recruiters and FVP's to support recruitment efforts: job posting and interview scheduling.

Work in strong partnership with other Market Access admins to ensure all logistics for meetings are met and executed.

Manage confidential / sensitive information in an appropriate manner with a high level of discretion.

Conduct high level written communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Manage and process transactional employee changes and ensure that all are coordinated within multiple internal systems and departments (terminations, secondments, transfers, new hires, onboarding, and training coordination.

Ability to pull rosters, fill in new hire tracker, manage employee resignations and work closely with Territory Ops to place field employees in correct territories.Problem Solving and Innovation

Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment, and provide effective solutions.

Independently and effectively track and resolve scheduling issues.

Collaborate and strategize with peers to organize successful meetings for senior leaders, and to achieve department and site objectives.

Proactively plan and research Travel options for FVPs.

Provide thorough research/best choices of options when faced with last minute travel plans or urgent changes.

Troubleshoot for resolution of various IT/computer/software problems.

Troubleshoot issues with expense reports for FVP's and their teams.Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

High School diploma

1+ years' administrative experience within the pharma or healthcare industry

Advanced skills with MS Word, PPT, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, MS Teams, Concur, FioriPreferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Pharma or healthcare experience

Associate's degree

Written and verbal communication skills with all levels of professionals.

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, including ability to handle complex travel arrangements and organize cross-site even.#LI-GSKThe annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $33 to $45 , taking into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
