Entry Technical Support Chemist - JR2419762DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The SSG Process Development team is looking to add a technical support chemist to the dynamic group. Your primary responsibility is to conduct chemical experiments that relate to our OLED products. You will work onsite at our Monroeville, PA R&D center and report to the Group Leader II.Key Responsibilities
Support operations with root cause investigations (RCIs) by executing lab trials to validate or eliminate potential root causes.
Help design experiments and safely execute experiments independently.
Generate reliable data in a timely manner, contribute to the interpretation of analytical results and maintain detailed laboratory records.
Contribute to reports and regular updates at appropriate project intervals. Effectively communicate reports to internal team.
Develop a basic knowledge of the PPG OLED product and associated manufacturing processes.
Works in a safe manner. Reads, understands, and follows all pertinent SOPs.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant technical field
