We are looking for someone who is a go-getter, is comfortable taking any project no matter what state it is in, can quickly get a full grasp of it and begin to document the scope and requirements. We would like someone that is used to taking initiative and is comfortable reaching out to resources and stakeholders they may have never met or spoken with before, and does not need to rely on a Product Manager in order to get requirements (we do not have product managers at TI). We also need someone comfortable with Jira in a full time capacity, not just creating the odd user story and passing it along. We need a BA that is more technical, possibly has product management experience, and knows web projects. Someone who is comfortable leading meetings and technical discussions is preferred. Finally, we're looking for someone that has a desire to fit into a team, collaborate, take initiative on lending a hand on things (even some things that might not technically fit into their role, but to help cover gaps when they appear in a project or in day-to-day work within the project teams).
Here's some other criteria that we put together. . Have UX background . Product Manager Background . Technical Background . Jira is a must . Confluence and Cucumber studio - nice to have . 5-10 yrs experience (or more for a Sr. BA) . Looking for smaller companies in the background . Sprint and Ticket Management skills .
