The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service or experience in a related position. Start Dates: 4/22 and 4/29 Training is hybrid - role will be remote after training, pending positive performance and attendance - must be local to Malvern, PA.salary: $19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesProcesses client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations. (Ex: checks, withdrawals, changes to accounts).Partners with Associates in working through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion.Develops a working knowledge of processing systems, group policies and procedures.Communicates with clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.Understands and complies with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, and internal policies regarding client contact.Maintains department standards for quality and productivity.Works collaboratively with peers and management in a strong team environment.Meets with Manager to discuss performance, business trends and issues impacting the Processing team.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Skills

Financial Reporting (1 year of experience is preferred)

Order Processing (1 year of experience is preferred)

Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is preferred)

Loan Processing (1 year of experience is preferred)
