“This Job Matters”What’s the job?The Employee Experience Manager supports the North America Region Employee Experience Team, focusing on enhancing the Employee Value Proposition and reinforcing the culture pillar. Key responsibilities include managing the employee listening and onboarding strategies, supporting Employee Experience communication channels, enhancing the HQ experience, and managing policy updates and accessibility. The Employee Experience Manager is expected to leverage business insights to make recommendations that enhance the overall people experience.Employee Listening Strategy: Serves as the key country contact and manages the annual me@SG engagement survey process, including data mapping, HR support and training, communications, troubleshooting, and meeting key participation metrics. The global survey is conducted annually. Organizes and leads additional listening surveys through partnership with IPSOS as needed to support the business including synthesizing results and creating communications.Employee Experience/HR Community Support: Manage employee-facing communication channels: Employee Experience inbox, Employee Experience Portal and self-service page. Respond to employee and HR inquires and use findings to recommend improvements for Employee Value Proposition. Assist with coordination of team events.Onboarding : Support the execution of the regional onboarding strategy including the Onboarding Resource Page, communication campaigns, and country-specific newsletters. Manage projects to improve the employee onboarding experience such as partnering with regional support functions to streamline and create more user-friendly processes.- This will also include supporting the M&A experience.HQ Experience:- This role serves as the point of contact for the Malvern HQ Employee Experience through soliciting and acting on feedback to implement changes to and create awareness of employee programs and offerings. This employee will support engagement communications and events for HQ.Policy Management: Act as the administrator to HR Gateway to assign and approve access for HRs. Consistently audit the SharePoint to ensure appropriate resources are both added and removed in support of the HR team. Manage the policy roadmap to track and oversee review and updates for SGNA HR/corporate policies.-“Your Skills Matter”What do you bring?-EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field
Masters degree is preferred
3-5 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
2-3 years of employee experience or related customer driven environment, manufacturing experience is a plus
Knowledge of government policies and regulations to include EEO and FLSA
Must be able to up stand the highest level of confidentiality
Articulate and persuasive in oral & written communication
Self-starter, who has the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects concurrently
Ability to manage a project from start to finish with a project plan
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (MS office suite)
