Kreider & Son, Inc. is looking for a full-time SKID LOADER OPERATOR. Qualified candidates should be able to operate a skid loader and attachments in a safe manner for accurate excavating and grading.

Responsibilities:
Operate skid loader and attachments in a safe manner
Perform daily maintenance to the skid loader and attachments
Properly use and care for small tools
Follow job specifications and plans
Knowledge of blueprints and cut sheets
Work safely and communicate effectively with Operator's Assistant
Set up lasers; understand and compute grade percentages
Rake stone and shovel dirt to grade efficiently
Pay attention to fine details
Maintain accurate records of materials installed, stone, pipe equipment and time
Understanding of types of stones
Knowledge of loading and securing equipment
Interact appropriately with customers and inspectors to ensure and promote positive company image
Experience & Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License required - CDL Class A License preferred
2 years of excavating experience
Heavy equipment experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
