SM Johns & Son Construction in Mount Joy is looking to hire a qualified Excavation Foreman / Operator. This is a working position. Candidates must have the ability to complete small to large projects (Residential, Commercial and Industrial). Minimum 3 years experience, must understand blue prints, operate laser, understand grades and contours, experience installing underground utilities. Must be familiar with site work. Attention to detail, strong leadership skills and a drive to do good work is a requirement for this position.
Equipment: Track hoe, back hoe, skid loader, dozer, mini hoe, track loader.

All positions require a valid Driver's License. A CDL A license is a plus.
