- Assists the ERP Global Source to Pay (STP) Lead and the Solution Integrator to coordinate demand management activities in a managed services environment.
- Utilizes specific techniques to elicit requirements from business stakeholders, analyses, organizes, documents, and validates the resulting requirements, and communicates and secures agreement on the requirements across all stakeholders.
- Establish relationships with Run / Project team members, Payment Management stakeholders, and liaises between the business and technical members of the STP team (Managed Service Provider), ensuring that the team understands the business customer needs.
- Build and update models, diagrams, information flows and other documentation to describe business processes, conceptual information models, organizational structure, and business area context and/or system requirements.
- Analyze the current environment for repetitive issues and activities that can be solved proactively rather than reactively.
- Supports contingent worker oversight for supplemental contract Business Analysis resources that may be required.
- Seeks to become subject matter expert on the processes and systems related to their assignments. Must have ability to create technical and training documentation as needed to support the Global I&T organization.
- Analyze the current environment for repetitive issues and activities that can be solved proactively rather than reactively.
- Work with the Managed service provider on all Payment Management activities.
- Support all integrations with Payment Management, OpenText Intelligent Capture and Concur solutions as it relates to the S4 ERP and fringe applications within the SAP ecosystem.
- 7+ years of experience in application solution design standard requirements business analysis techniques such as data analysis, process analysis, interviewing, and use case development.
- Technical training in SAP Procurement and Accounts Payable Modules
- Understanding SAP's multiple payment activities
- 6+ years with SAP S4 and/or ECC Design, configuration, and implementation experience
- 2+ years of run support in S4/ECC.
- 2 years' experience maintaining and supporting OpenText VIM
- Understanding Ariba Network, Open Text Intelligent Capture, OpenText VIM software packages and their communication with SAP is preferred.
- End to end implementation project experience in Open text VIM with S4 HANA/ECC
- Working knowledge in OpenText OCR packages like Intelligent Capture, Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center, Barcoding/QR and Open Text Archive Server.
- Proficiency in integrating OpenText VIM with Ariba Network and other EDI partners.
- Experience in handling custom enhancements in OpenText VIM
- Experience in working with OpenText VIM Fiori apps like VIM Workplace and VIM Analytics.
- Lifesciences/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred.
- Familiarity with software/solution delivery life cycles.
- Facilitation, organization, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
