Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The role involves playing a vital part in our team's operations and our company's success. The Office Manager will oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates smoothly.Responsibilities: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office operates smoothly Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and schedule appointments Provide administrative support for HR procedures, including onboarding and managing records Maintain and update company databases Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and clients Schedule in-house and external events Possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, ADP - Financial Services, and Accounting Software SystemsPlease note that the ability to handle Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, and provide excellent Customer Service are essential for this role.Requirements Possess a minimum of one year of experience in an Office Manager role or similar administrative position Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems Familiar with ADP - Financial Services Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Experience with Accounting Functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge of Billing Functions Strong customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
