CI&T, Inc. seeks an Architecture Manager in King of Prussia, PA Client focus: Responsible for strategic technical decision-making processes, including technological landscaping, strategy, and delivery; Stakeholder management for VP-level stakeholders within client accounts; Escalation point for technical decisions within the account/client; Account-level client positioning. Management Focus: Hiring/staffing, terminations, approving PTO and overall personnel functions for technical leadership for subordinates; Oversee agile delivery process and ensure management culture; Mobilize team and partake in continuous improvement engagements. Technical focus: Work with technological landscaping across industries, including new frameworks, technologies, security concerns and software platforms; work with core cloud platforms and technologies, as well as technological modernization techniques, ensuring proper application of strategies to clients; Evaluate and define standards for coding, guaranteeing they are followed by the team, identifying and implementing improvements on parts of the code, improving performance and maintainability; Design and validate solutions based upon business requirements and technical restrictions; Build and maintain the roadmap managing technical debts and prioritizing technical items on the project's roadmap; and Identify and implement improvements in the process based on metrics gathered from the operation, providing clear visibility of the team's tasks while tracking, prioritizing and feeding the backlog, allowing the team to have a clearer understanding of the upcoming tasks.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer related field, such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 60 months in a job offered or related managerial role.
5 years of experience to include: Project management and multi cloud architecture design with Microsoft Azure and AWS in languages such as Jenkins, Gitlab Ci, Bash and Terraform; Data analysis working with Sql, Spark and machine learning; Engineering, developing and software architecture design in languages such as C, C, Java, .Net, Python, JavaScript/ Node, and Bash script; Investigating and searching for Solutions for Technical issues, and experience with working with multiple teams across different time zones.
