Collections Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the financial services industry, based in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. As a Collections Specialist, your main role will be managing customer accounts, ensuring payment schedules are maintained, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts, ensuring payment schedules are adhered to Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Utilize Excel to maintain and organize data related to collections Process customer credit applications using software such as ADP - Financial Services and CRM Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to follow up on unpaid invoices Answer inbound calls, providing high-level customer service and resolving customer inquiries Administer claims as part of the collections process Utilize Epic Software to manage collection processes Maintain a high level of attention to detail and patience in all tasks Carry out billing functions as required.
