Requirements:

• • HCA Solutions is seeking a qualified Public Health Program Administrator in Harrisburg, PA.
• • This is a full-time contracted position that offers long term placement and W-2 employment.
• • Shift: 8am-4:30pm

Role Description:

• • The COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately affected Pennsylvania's underserved communities, with individuals at higher risk due to underlying conditions such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney disease and asthma, just to name a few.
• • Public Health Program Administrator will manage the work of contracted staff (Outreach and Training Coordinators) who work with stakeholders to implement cross-sectoral partnerships to align public health, healthcare, and non-health (e.g., housing, transportation, social service) interventions to implement State Health Improvement Program strategies within the 59 counties in the Commonwealth without local health departments.
• • Ensure Coordinators understand SHIP goals and strategies.
• • Institute a regional structure for Coordinators.
• • Complete progress and performance measure reports on a quarterly basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• • A bachelor's degree in public health or a related field.
• • Experience working with publicly available data sources.
• • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities:

• • Ensure Coordinators understand SHIP goals and strategies.
• • Institute a regional structure for Coordinators.
• • Complete progress and performance measure reports on a quarterly basis.
