As a Human Services Program Specialist, you will review, analyze, coordinate, and implement internal processes due to provider non-compliance related to corrective action plans (CAP) referred to the Division of Provider Operations by the Division of Fee-for-Service Programs Quality Management Efficiency Teams (QMET). This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing, analyzing, processing, monitoring, tracking, and reporting of overpayment recovery efforts to address provider non-compliance. You will also Identify, coordinate, and impose adverse actions against OLTL providers, if applicable.In this role, you will serve as a liaison with other bureaus within OLTL, Community HealthChoices Managed Care Organizations (MCO), and business partners to identify potential impacts of program changes for OLTL providers and support operations. You will also provide technical and analytical assistance to all Nursing Facility (NF) and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver and program providers. In addition, you will support the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of system changes.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to (5) days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Travel is required for this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:

One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.Other Requirements:
