This position is responsible for reviewing contracts and Management Directives to outline or develop processes. You review space allocations to ensure optimal usage as well as the ability to utilize computer software to research procurement and payment activities. You are the liaison to the Division of Facilities and Property Management (DFPM)Duties include procurement which consists of acting as agency reconciler, facility and contract management tasks, records retention, document storage, assisting in training, and preparing instructional materials. You make decisions regarding assigned tasks following policies and Management Directives and recommend actions if outside the scope of existing policies. Decisions that could have significant impact on program operations are discussed with the supervisor prior to acting.Interested in learning more? Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1; or

Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
