As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations by managing order entry, developing quotes, tracking orders, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess basic math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Develop and prepare quotes for customers based on their specific requirements and pricing guidelines.

Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

Collaborate with sales team members to support their efforts in acquiring new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in our CRM system.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure adequate supply levels for customer orders.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in inside sales.

Background in Chemistry a plus.

Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with order entry systems and CRM software preferred.

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
