Civil Drafter - Land DevelopmentJob DescriptionWe are working with a private Civil Engineering firm that offers land planning services around the Greater Philadelphia area.
The Drafter can expect to work on projects such as land development, single-family homes, warehouse building, and sub-lot development.
Process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design.
Work with other CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications
AS Degree in related field (CAD Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, etc.)
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D .
Understanding of terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes.
1-3 years of land development experience.
