Description We are looking for a diligent FP& A Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Bristol, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis tasks, managing accounting functions, and ensuring efficient capital management. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilize Adaptive Insights and Anaplan for strategic financial planning and analysis Conduct data mining techniques to gather and analyze financial data Use CRM systems to manage and maintain customer relationships Oversee and manage all accounting functions to ensure financial integrity Develop and implement annual budget plans and budget processes Collaborate with business units to understand and address their financial needs Manage capital to ensure financial stability and growth Monitor and report on the financial performance of individual business units Use EPM tools for enterprise performance management Requirements Proficiency in using Adaptive Insights and Anaplan software. Practical experience with CRM system. Knowledge and understanding of data mining techniques. Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Strong understanding of accounting functions. Ability to develop and manage annual budgets. Familiarity with budget processes. Experience working with business units. Knowledge of capital management strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as an FP& A Manager or similar role. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
