The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with a global industry leader experiencing strong growth, in their quest for a talented Help Desk Technician. This role involves level 1 and level 2 support for end users and systems.
This is a career advancing role with a global industry leader, where you get to support end users and systems both locally and internationally! Responsibilities- Provide level 1 and 2 issue resolution, escalation, and reporting of hardware and software incidents.
- Perform security access requests.
- Assists network/system administrators in support of servers, network and other devices.
- Participate in IT projects.
- Provide desktop support for both Windows and MAC platforms.
- 2+ years’ IT Help desk experience supporting end users and IT systems.
- Mac support experience.
- 0365 support.
- InTune portal experience.
- MDM (mobile device management).
- Experience with ticketing software (Remedy, ServiceNow, TrackIt, etc.).
