Kitchen Bathroom Backyard
I wanted to remodel my whole house but it seems to be out of our budget so we will just be focusing on 3 main parts of the property if you responded to my original post in the past I recommend to email again if you can work with in our budget thanks in advance
1 Kitchen (No Appliances)
2 Bathroom
3 Backyard
The kitchen will need to be completely gutted and has a load bearing wall I want to open up the kitchen and remove the half bath behind the wall and the entrance to the kitchen needs to be opened up (do not add appliances in quote) we want to keep the electrical outlet for the oven and also add a gas line for the oven
Bathroom will need to be completely gutted behind the bathroom is a small office which leads to a balcony which we want to open all up for the bathroom we like the tub sauna combo but are open to the tub stand up shower or jacuzzi options depending on pricing
Backyard will need a new cellar door retaining wall demolished and concrete slab put in its place the whole back yard needs to be concrete with a slop at the end for parking (view photos) privacy fence, adding a water value for water hose
1 tree and a lot of branches will need to be taken down in the backyard to maximize sun light exposure
I would also like to add a new cellar door and water value to the front of my property as well
We would also like to install an electrical outlet connecting to my box so I can hook up a generator during black outs
Our Budget is $32,000
