Production/Supervisory Duties
Manage projects from build through install to ensure production hours are within guidelines and project remains within budget.
Schedule project production and installation dates.
Coordinate with purchasing and parts arrival to begin production.
Check in shipments and allocate to job #.
Oversee and assist in the production and installation of all projects.
o Mount concrete board onto frames.
o Set stone and tile.
o Mix mortar and concrete.
o Apply grout.
o Paint
o Polish/bullnose tile and concrete.
o Install kitchen components: grills, refrigerators, smokers, storage doors/drawers, etc.….
o Load finished outdoor kitchen and fire features into trailer.
Compile owner packets to include manuals, data sheets and review with customer.
Track and Order Inventory Consumables for Shop Floor
Manage emails
Oversee employee timesheets.
From plant in Dallas, OR travel anywhere from Bend to Western Washington to install at job sites.
Helpful if you have the following skills:
Some Computer Knowledge of Excel/ spreadsheets
Additional Information:
Full time, some flexibility for overtime may be required.
Work schedule Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm with occasional flexibility for weekend installations
