Job Description:
Sow Happy Gardens, a sustainable landscape management team, is seeking a part-time Garden Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about horticulture practices, has experience (preferred but not necessary), and is willing to learn from our supervisors. Responsibilities include mindful gardening practices such as pruning, mowing, hauling debris, and possible farm work, including running larger machinery. The position involves traveling in a company car with another dedicated employee.

Working Hours:
- Part-time position with opportunities to flourish
- More hours available in summer months
- Flexible scheduling, with hours of business operation from 8 am to 5 pm
