Residential Construction Project Supervisor
(Portland Metro Area)
Established, well-respected General Contracting company in Portland has an immediate opening for a Project Supervisor for high-end custom homes and residential remodels. We’re looking for a seasoned residential construction manager (15 years in the trades, at least 8 of those in management) whose core values include high-quality craftsmanship, professionalism, dedication, and integrity.

Qualified candidate has hands-on carpentry experience, extensive knowledge of residential construction trades and current building science, is organized, detail-oriented, mechanically-minded, an efficient problem-solver, a quick learner, and a clear communicator.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Project Timeline development and management
Site Management (layout, QC, logistics, daily logs)
Labor, Subcontractor, and Vendor coordination
Submittals management
Material takeoffs and ordering
Information Management (RFIs, document control, photo documentation, meetings management)
Budgeting and Cost Controls (co-develop project Schedules of Values, co-manage project financials and change control)

Bluebeam Revu
Starting pay: $40-$50/hour, depending on experience
