CMS is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager//Foreman to join our team and grow with us. We are Looking for the star applicant that is an effective leader, on-time, willing to get in the trenches and be accountable.
HVAC Project foreman /project manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate with Estimator and Project Admin on plans, designs and schedules.
Work and communicate with site GC’s, Sub’s and Project Manager’s.
Create and submit RFI’s and Change Order’s.
Ability to multi-task multiple jobs.
Fabricate ductwork and sheet metal fittings.
Verifies layout and materials of job.
Read blueprints and technical drawings.
Maintain quality and safety standards.
Communicates effectively with crews.
Help control inventory by not wasting product.
