As the Assistant Project Manager of our customer focused residential construction remodeling company, you will oversee the completion of residential remodeling projects ranging from $50K to $250K. You will supervise superintendents, field crew, and subcontractors while providing hands-on support as needed. Additionally, you will ensure positive client experiences, manage project costs, and drive completion of the work on an agreed upon schedule.

Responsibilities:

Oversee onsite project management for the assigned projects.

Schedule, supervise and coordinate the work of superintendents, field crew, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project progression.

Interact with clients, vendors, subconsultants, and contractors in a professional manner in a fast-paced environment, and maintain positive relationships.

Manage project costs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Utilize project management software such as BuilderTrend to track progress and manage tasks.

Provide support in navigating and resolving project challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.

Take proactive initiative to ensure overall project success and be a strong team player.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience with hands-on work.

Must be able to read the blueprint, have familiarity with the remodeling and construction process.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as BuilderTrend.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional representation of the company with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary + bonus, with total expected compensation between $70K and $100K/year.
