All Seasons Heating and Cooling is looking for a Install Manager that can lead and organize our install department. We are looking for a candidate that has 10 years plus of install experience. Your experience should be in Residential retro-fit installations of gas furnaces, fan coils and HP's, the various types of ductless applications and light commercial rooftop package replacement. We are looking for someone that will lead our two crews, prepare them for the jobs of the day and for the week ahead. We also do approximately 25-30 homes a year for our new construction clients.
Having your 06A license a plus, NATE certified, PTCS qualified, Good Driving Record, and own tools. We provide 401K retirement, Medical insurance, Paid Holidays, 1 week paid vacation the first year and own Truck. We also offer an athletic membership at Club Green Meadows.
Communication skills to coordinate with our clients and the office a must, can do attitude and a problem solver that can deal with stressful situations when they arise.
