Small, growing shop with excellent reputation looking to hire an experienced technician that has to work on German (BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Porsche) and Japanese (mostly Subaru, some Toyota and Honda).
Must have own tools, solid work ethic, and experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. Experience diagnosing electrical and communication with a Scope is a big plus that will earn increased pay.
Must be OK with occasional heavy line work in addition to routine maintenance and larger repairs.
Must be able to work a shift without abusing cannabis or alcohol - don't care what you do on your own time but we take quality of work, our reputation and our customers' safety very seriously.
Tuition reimbursement for classes to up-level skills and certifications. Associate's Degree in Automotive Tech or ASE certification desired but not mandatory.
We also pay an Efficiency Bonus on top of hourly pay each pay period. Meeting performance goals consistently activates generous annual profit sharing bonus.
