We are a small growing excavation business located in Sherwood and primarily try to stay on the west side. We are looking for a foreman/operator that can read plans, do job layout, plans ahead, runs equipment, knows structures, know pipe, knows dirt, experienced in ROW, can run a job and people. Leads by example, not afraid to get in ditch. You are part of the ground crew, we do not have dedicated operators. Demo structures, cut in footings, set and read grades. Experienced on excavators, skid steers, dozers and loaders. We do small commercial and residential developments and multi family units. Clean driving record and cdl is a huge plus but not required.
40 hour weeks, 4 10’s sometimes. No weekends and we strive for 3 days off a week for work life balance. Pay DOE $28-$35 hr health care and dental paid 50% for employee. Payed team building vacations.
