We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead operator/foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. If you have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or ProCore
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience in supervising/leading construction teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
