Job Responsibilities:
Monday through Friday, day shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Be able to plan your work to meet overall project milestones
Effective at leading workshop and site teams to complete tasks in a timely manner
Onsite installation to AWI Standa
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be 18 years of age.
Cabinetmaker: 10+ years' experience in a professional shop
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Passion for craftsmanship and an ability to work on your own, or part of a team.
Positive, enthusiastic and self-driven, taking ownership of projects and a willingness to learn new techniques and skills.
Tenacity and problem-solving skills to push boundaries of structures and craftsmanship.
Knowledge of construction, materials and understanding of finishes.
Eye for detail with good hand and machinery skills.
Experience working from CAD shop drawings, cut lists, and hand drawings.
Ability to communicate visual and constructional details effectively with our designers and project managers.
Thorough understanding and experience building traditional face-frame and frameless cabinetry
