As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing our marketing plan, driving sales and expanding our customer base by promoting our high-quality signage products and services. Your primary focus will be on working with Marketing to generate new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Our customers range from new business owners, universities, corporate chains, and everything in between. You will be the face of our company, bringing professionalism to every appointment and working directly with our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Working with our marketing team to actively prospect and generate leads to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through excellent service.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.

- Answering and following up on customer inquiries from the phone or web.

- Effectively manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including contract signing.

Requirements:

- Prior sales experience.

- Ability to follow and execute on a plan/ set of instructions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools a plus.

- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
