We’re a growing import & export business looking for a reliable team member. The role is remote, but Portland-based is preferred for smoother communication.
What You’ll Do:
Reply to emails and coordinate with internal teams
Arrange shipments and update customers & shippers
Help improve operations to better fit the U.S. market
Maintain client relationships and help grow new ones
Learn new tools (like AI) to boost efficiency
Communicate with international teammates (in English)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong English and communication skills
Responsible, organized, and self-motivated
Solve work issues quickly and communicate efficiently
Quick learner, open to new tools and systems
Background in customer support or logistics is a plus
Growth Path:
Opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager role, with a salary range of Least $65,000–$100,000, based on performance and responsibility.
