Unlike any other retailer in Oregon, we build our own high-quality hot tubs right here in the Oregon, offering customers unparalleled value and craftsmanship. What You'll Do:
Educate Customers on our unique factory-direct model and how we build our own spas right here in Oregon, giving them a personal and exclusive experience.
Guide customers through our wide selection of spas and hot tubs, helping them find the best fit for their lifestyle and budget.
Demonstrate product features and benefits with enthusiasm, highlighting our craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment, ensuring products are well presented.
Manage sales transactions and customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Collaborate with management to hit sales targets and keep our showroom fully stocked with our locally manufactured hot tubs.
Follow up with potential customers and build lasting relationships through excellent customer service.
What We Are Looking For:
A friendly, approachable, and professional personality who thrives on helping others.
Previous customer service and sales experience.
Strong communication skills—ability to explain the benefits of our factory-direct products in a clear, engaging way.
An eagerness to learn and share detailed product knowledge, particularly about our custom-built, high-quality hot tubs.
Team players with the motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for lengthy periods when showing customers hot tubs.
