Job Description
Phoenix Technology, Inc. is a dynamic, growing IT managed service provider (MSP) based in Vancouver, WA. We're on an exciting growth trajectory and are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and providing top-tier customer service to help drive our expansion. Responsibilities
Prospect, educate, and sell company products and services to new and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within established deadlines.
Close sales transactions and follow up to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (entry-level candidates with enthusiasm are welcome to apply).
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Deadline-driven and detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proven track record of building rapport with clients and generating leads.
