Instrumentors Supply, Inc. is a provider of process control and automation solutions and is seeking a highly motivated salesperson based in the Oregon, Washington or Utah area, who will help in the development of our US Sales. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting primarily our temperature related product lines.

We are looking for an individual with passion for selling technology with a forward-thinking approach to successful long-term business relationships.

Establish key customer contacts and build strategic relationships.

Understand new technology requirements and guide the organization to identify future growth possibilities by either expanding our current portfolio and/or customer markets.

This position will report directly to upper management and will have the opportunity of accelerated growth within the company.

You will be responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability.

Our ideal candidate should ensure current client satisfaction while increasing new customer acquisitions, upselling, and cross-selling, and overall business success.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complains to maximize satisfaction.

Qualifications:

MUST have an understanding of temperature applications

Be a certified technician or engineer a PLUS.

Technical Sales and Technical Applications a PLUS.

Comprehensive knowledge of computers and IT networks

The ability to penetrate new potential clients and form relationships with existing clients in the territory is crucial to your success.

Experience managing a sales territory coupled with a broad understanding of instrumentation.

Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes and reviewing contracts.

Demonstrated sales success.

Exceptional skills in relationship building & management, as well as excellent communication expertise and problem solving.

We offer base salary plus commissions on the gross profit of sales. Commissions are paid monthly.

We provide an allowance per month to cover the cost of your selected life insurance, medical and dental plan.

ISI also offers a company sponsored retirement plan after one year of employment and paid vacations days.

Vehicle:

Employee-owned vehicle used for company travels; ISI will reimburse the rate per mile established by the approved government rate.

Experience level:

3 years demonstrated sales
