We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Quick Lane and Tire Center Service Advisor to join our growing team and help us achieve this vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide excellent service via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions. zin this role, you'll communicate the service repair process to customers and advise them of their options from begining to end.

Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and understanding their vehicle's service needs.

Service Recommendations: Advising customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, explaining the work required and associated costs

Repair Order Creation: DealerTrack experience is not needed but appreciated.Creating accurate and detailed repair orders that outline the services to be performed

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in auto parts and dealership experience. Experience with DealerTrack and Ford is preferred.

Skills: Customer Service skills and an industrious attitude are essential.

Knowledge: Ability to manage appointments, create repair orders, and track service progress.
