Who You Are
You are a self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive shipping enthusiast. You are a team player and ready to do your job autonomously as well as work with others to accomplish tasks. You aren’t easily overwhelmed and can stay organized while tackling large backlogs.
Requirements
Work on site in Seaside, OR
Work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
8-hour shifts scheduled between 8am to 4pm
Main Job Responsibilities
Pull and pack orders in an accurate & timely manner with a high level of care and customer service
Track movement of items being pulled from other locations
Generate packing slips and shipping labels and manage orders using Shipstation software
Communicate sold out items and other order issues via Slack to the appropriate department
Take packages to post office daily
Perform daily checks to prevent miss ships
Provide shipping quotes for other departments
Process Returns & Warranties
Take inventory of shipping supplies
Keep workspace organized and clean
Secondary Responsibilities
Drive to retail locations to deliver and pick up products
Pull products to replenish retail locations
Unpack incoming orders, tag and put away products
Perform Inventory Counts
