Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented person to join our team. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS computer systems for processing transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
