FT, $25-$26 - Supervising Community Manager

Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Supervising Community Manager with great sales and team-leading abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service for the 84-unit apartment communities of Doricourt and Carmelita Apartments.

The Supervising Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees. You will have a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from. We would love to see how you might fill our Supervising Community Manager role if you find the qualities above intriguing.

Location: Doricourt Apartments and Carmelita Apartments (Portland, OR)

Hourly Rate: $25-$26/hr.

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Requirements

What you will bring as the Supervising Community Manager:

Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required.

Two (2) years of previous property management experience are required.

Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience is required.

Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.

Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.

Available for after-hours emergencies.

Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.

High school degree or equivalent.

Reliable transportation to travel between properties.

A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
