Rent Portland Homes Professionals manages hundreds of single-family homes, townhomes and condos across the Portland Metro Area and has a need for an – Assistant Manager - MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR.
Position Requirements
- Property Management Experience with AppFolio a Plus.
- Maintenance Experience a Plus.
- Strong computer skills – proficient in Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task, meet frequent deadlines, prioritize, and have strong organization, time management, and problem -solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible to:
Perform move-in, Move-out and annual inspections.
Consult with Owners, Tenants, and vendors to schedule maintenance work orders and repairs.
Candidate should be Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
Candidate should have reliable transportation/vehicle.
