MUST have
Office manager or Admin assistant experience
Quick books Experience
Multi-line phones experience
Scheduling experience
Some sort of construction or restoration experience
Reliable transportation
Collecting and recording payments
Collection calls
Friendly and confident on the phone
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Xactimate knowledge of sketch and estimating
Knowledge pulling permits and working with DEQ
Water damage experience
Insurance claim experience
Asbestos/Lead experience
This is a Monday thru Friday 8-4:30 in office job- no remote work available
