We are a growing Underground Construction Company in Aurora looking for an Office Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Data Entry in QuickBooks's
Data Management
ODOT Compliance
Fleet Management
Employee Onboarding and Data Management
Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll Compliance
Insurance Compliance and Renewals
Quickbook's, Excel, Word Documents, and Online Programs
Organizing
Filing
Construction and Quickbook’s experience preferred. Must have attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills. Strong tech and app skills would be a plus. This position will work closely and directly under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
