Wolcott is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team! We are a large local company that specializes in New Construction Plumbing looking to grow our department.
This is a long-term, career opportunity position that we are looking to fill.
Schedule is 40 hours/week Monday thru Friday, located in Troutdale.
Job Duties / Overview:
Billing / Invoicing for our department
Ordering Materials
Scheduling and schedule updates
Basic scanning and filing duties
Qualifications:
Office experience is preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong phone and communication skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Attention to details
Self-motivated with efficient problem-solving skills
